Work process scheme
System of monitoring consists of GPS/GLONASS device and Web interface. The device is installed on a car or another vehicle. The devices receives satellite signals, decodes them and modifies them into coordinates of the current position/ These data and additional information on the functioning of the vehicle are then transmitted through Internet connection of your mobile operator to user's personal computer or laptop.

The equipment is developed by professionals of KGK. It's licensed and is produced only on our own plant. Monitoring device is a device aimed at monitoring of vehicles and other objects in a real time regime. Depending on the internal GPS or GLONASS module, the device determines object's location with the help of group of GPS and GLONASS satellites. Data transmission works 24/7, transmission interval varies from 1sec to 3 min. It depends on intensity of vehicles' movement. Inaccuracy bias in determining the distance traveled in an urban areas and in average plains is not more than 5%. The device analyzes and updates on the status of few additional sensors, also it receives commands from remote computers/laptops, for instance, to block the engine. The device has a build-in 16MB memory and can keep data for nearly 14 days traveled with the transmission interval not less than 1 time in a minute. If a vehicle is in a zone with no GPS signal, the device collects data on the route traveled in a nonvolatile memory and automatically transmits it when GPS signal appears. |
Sensors
For monitoring of additional parameters such as fuel consumption, vehicle motohours, other objects ( towing platform, concrete mixer pump, tower crane, etc.), and the temperature in cold storage truck, the device connects to sensors and/or other devices.
Sensor of fuel level Omnicomm LLS

Sensor of fuel level LLS is an accurate measuring instrument ( bias is not more than 1%) which provides accurate data on the volume of liquid fuel in the tank. Data from the sensor is transmitted through the device's monitoring server. LLS sensor of fuel level can be installed in the fuel tank of any size and height. The length of standard sensor varies from 700mm to 3000mm. The sensor can be shortened to any length to the size of 150mm without any harm to the quality of measurement and resolution of the sensor. System opportunities
Monitoring on-line
GPS / GLONASS monitoring system «GLOBAL» allows to determine location of vehicles at any time. Current location of vehicles are pointed on the map. If the vehicle is moving, its movement direction is indicated also.
Control of routes
One of the main goals of monitoring is tracking of vehicles routes. The GLOBAL system simplifies this task. When forming a route, scale is selected automatically in the way which is easier for a user to see on the map. If you would like, the scale can be adjusted to your needs by yourself.
Report of movement and stops
Report on movement and stops is one of the most important reports. In a convenient form it displays a list of stops and movement between them, indicates start and end time of movement, its duration. As for stops, exact address/es is/are indicated, as for movement- distance and average speed. In the final report information on the total distance traveled, average and maximum speed, travel and stop time, petrol consumption within chosen period is provided.
Report on zones
Users of the monitoring system GLOBAL can create their own zones of different shapes and sizes on the map.
Report of Planned Stops
Users can settle stops and monitor their visiting. Summary Report or Reports on one or several vehicles show this information.
Summary Mileage Report
Summary Mileage Report on a number of vehicles. Every day information on chosen period of the time is provided: start time, end time, time of stops (within working hours), time in movement, petrol used, average speed. This kind of report is suitable for a rapid analysis of workload of the whole fleet.
Fuel Report
Fuel theft problem is becoming more and more urgent given a constant rise of petrol prices. At the moment the best option to solve this problem is to install a fuel sensor on the vehicle's tank along with the system of monitoring GLOBAL.Fuel Report provides information on fueling and fuel drains, places, data and time of fueling, volume of petrol in the tank before and after fueling. This excludes an opportunity of fuel fraud. Moreover, fuel report graph is also available.
All reports are obtained in Excel and HTML formats and can be printed out. Users can immediately see any stop or movement on the map by clicking an appropriate line in the report.
