Solutions |
| 1. Unauthorized trips used by a driver for personal reasons. |
The GLOBAL tracking system allows the monitoring of vehicles' routes in real time. |
| 2. Stealing of gasoline, diesel and cash enhancement through gasoline cards. |
By using standards for fuel consumption, the actual fuel used by a vehicle can be calculated by examining the actual mileage driven. An additional fuel gauge installed in a vehicle's fuel tank can increase the accuracy of measurement of fuel consumption. This gauge is going to show how much fuel was consumed by a vehicle, if fuel was siphon-off (stolen) or a tank was not filled properly. |
| 3. Problematic drivers. |
An engine of a vehicle with a problem driver can be turned-off by SMS or through the client's website and another driver can be sent to the vehicle's location. |
| 4. Inefficient order pick-up. |
A broadcasted order could be picked-up by any driver who might be located far from a client while a closer better fleet vehicle is ignored. When accepting an order through the GLOBAL tracking system, a traffic controller can select the best vehicle by considering the drive time to a pick-up location. When the vehicle selecton is efficient, drivers can handle more orders and therefore, profit is going to increase with the same amount of vehicles. |
| 5. Violation of schedules. |
With the GLOBAL tracking system you can control at what time your vehicles were at the locations they were assigned to, and the loading and off-loading times. |
| 6. Overage, Shortage, Damage, Stolen cargo. |
The GLOBAL system allows for the installation of different kinds of gauges. These gauges control a variety of cargo and vehicle related items such as cargo door security, cargo temperatures, a cement truck drum's speed and turning direction, presence of a passangers, vehicle cargo overloading etc. |
| 7. Traffic Rules violation. |
For example, with the GLOBAL system the average and maximum speeds of a vehicle can be controlled either in actual time or afterwards. |
